Dr. Şebnem Kurtoğlu Sağlık Hizmetleri Limited Şirketi ("Dr. Şebnem Kurtoglu") takes all necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure that your personal data is processed in accordance with the law and to protect your privacy. This clarification text has been prepared in order to provide the necessary information about the processing of personal data in accordance with Article 10 of the "Personal Data Protection Law" numbered 6698.

Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data, by applying to our Company, your personal data; a) to learn whether it has been processed, b) to request information if it has been processed, c) to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose, d) to learn the parties to whom it is transferred domestically / abroad, e) to request correction if it is incomplete / incorrectly processed, f) You have the right to request deletion/destruction within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law, g) to request notification of the transactions made in accordance with subparagraphs (e) and (f) above to the third parties to whom it is transferred, h) to object to the occurrence of a result against you due to the analysis exclusively by automated systems, and i) to demand the compensation of the damage in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
